How we can support you
-
Social and Community Participation
We support you to access your community, by helping you attend appointments, work, education, and engage in social and recreational activities safely and confidently. We support you to create community connections, attend events, and join local groups in-line with your interests.
-
Daily Living Skills and Personal Care
We provide respectful support with daily activities and routines, hygiene, and personal tasks to help you live safely. Our approach is person-centred, meaning your routines, preferences, and independence are always respected, and in line with your individual NDIS goals and care plans.
-
Transport
Reliable travel to help you get where you need to go, whether it’s for appointments, employment or education commitments, or to access the community.
-
Domestic and Household Support
We assist you to maintain a clean, safe, and organised home environment. This support reduces stress and makes daily life functional, allowing you to focus on your wellbeing and personal goals. We can assist with cleaning, meal prep, laundry and organisation.
-
Companionship and Emotional Support
Beyond practical help, we’re here for a chat, a shared hobby, and a supportive presence to brighten your day. We provide compassionate, supportive one-to-one companionship to help reduce isolation, build confidence, and strengthen social and emotional wellbeing.
-
Respite and Family Support
We provide short-term support so families and carers can take time to recharge, knowing their loved one is safe and supported. This includes overnight support, in-home respite, short-term respite outside of the home.
-
Employment and Education Support
Helping you reach your goals in the classroom or the workplace, from job hunting to on the job assistance. We support you to engage in education, training and employment by helping build routines, skills development, and workplace participation.
